Staff engagement events for an investment institution with long-established values
There is nothing more idyllic than the village green on a British summer’s afternoon. That’s exactly what our client wanted to replicate with a number of events for their staff in all their European hubs in August 2013.
With offices in London, Dublin, Guernsey, Limerick, Luxembourg and Frankfurt and the events to take place within the two middle weeks of August, Oliver Myles were appointed as our reputation of delivering outstanding and different events been recommended to the client. Such a recommendation was very important to the client.
With competitions, including photography and cake baking, and other fun-filled activities you’d normally see at the Fete including Tin can alley, hook a duck, hoopla, strongman competition, there was something for everyone to stroll around, take in the fete and enjoy the surroundings.
Refreshments were served throughout the day and the choice was endless and included; traditional lemonade, strawberries and cream, cupcakes and lollies to name just a few.
With facepainting, splat the rat and sandpit treasure for the children of the staff – these events were truly made with the staff in mind. And remember in a multitude of locations engaging a number of different cultures albeit under one client’s brand.
The events took many months to plan and ensure there was something for everyone. The detail the team at Oliver Myles went too delighted the client, as they explained: “Oliver Myles brought a whole new level of precision to our events – no stone was left unturned.
