This week, we ran just such an event for our Executive Assistant client. Her senior executives attending the meeting and the evening dinner had a seamless experience. We planned everything to the nth degree. On the day, we did as we always do; anticipating attendees’ needs, proactively suggesting ways to make their experience even better … keeping ourselves in the background but at the same time on top of everything, so that the meeting host wanted for nothing, had nothing to chase, was issue- and stress-free, experienced nothing that would divert his or his colleagues focus away from their work on the day.
